Any content and or comment uploaded by you, shall be subject to relevant Indian laws and may be disabled, or and may be subject to investigation under appropriate laws. Furthermore, if you are found to be in non-compliance with the laws and regulations, these terms, or the privacy policy of the Site, the Company shall have the right to immediately terminate/block your access and usage of the Site and the Company shall have the right to immediately remove any non-compliant Content and or comment, uploaded by you and shall further have the right to take recourse to such remedies as would be available to the Company under the applicable laws.

Termination of Account

BCCL reserves its right to refuse service, restrict, suspend, terminate your account; (Terminate this Agreement; Terminate or suspend your access to the BCCL's Websites; Refuse, move or remove for any reason any Content / Image that you submit on or through the Services; Refuse, move, or remove any Content / Image that is available on or through the Services; Deactivate or delete your accounts and all related information and files in your account; Establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Services) at any time and, remove or edit contents or cancel orders (entered by you) in its sole discretion with or without cause, and with or without any prior notice for any violation of the Terms of Use. User Conduct and Obligations

Engaging in a prohibited use under the Terms of Use and/or committing copyright infringement, criminal breach, breach of trust, misappropriation, unjust enrichment may result in civil, criminal, and/or administrative litigations, injunctive actions/reliefs, penalties, fines, or sanctions against the user and those assisting the user, whether natural or artificial person, in all relevant jurisdictions across the world as BCCL’s services are available across the globe.

WHISTLE BLOWER POLICY

Introduction In terms of the applicable provisions of The Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant Rules made thereunder, including amendments or modifications thereof from time to time, the following category of companies are required to establish a vigil mechanism/whistleblower policy to address complaints and grievances of employees, Directors & other stakeholders about unethical behaviour/ malpractices/ mismanagement/ fraud etc:
